Payment Options

Time For Her offers convenient options for ordering your items.
We accept Credit Cards, International Money Orders, Wire Transfers.
     - Orders paid by Money Orders and Wire Transfers will be held until bank approval.
    - Credit Card orders will be shipped to your Billing Address Only. If your billing address cannot
      be verified, we will ask you to pay via a Bank Wire or Money Order.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover

Return Policy & Procedures

Watches may be returned for a refund less a 10% service & re-stocking fee and shipping costs within ten (10) business days provided they are received in the exact condition as they were originally shipped.
Refunds for purchases over $500.00 will be issued a company check.
Credits will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the return. Please note.... your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected on your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles.

Please notify us of the return via toll-free... 877-856-1173. A "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) will be assigned to you. Repackage the item -- include a copy of the invoice and list the RAN on the package.
Send the package insured via UPS, FedEx or USPS Traceable. The Customer is responsible for the merchandise until it is received by Time for Her.

Shipping Information - International

Time For Her utilizes UPS and the US Postal Service for its shipping needs. All shipments are professionally packaged and fully Insured.

Shipping & Handling Fees - International

International orders under $100 .........Shipped via USPS Air Mail .................... Add $12.00
International orders over $100 ........... Shipped via International Air ............... Add $55.00
International orders over $500 ...........Shipped via International Air................ Add $75.00
International orders over $1000 .........Shipped via International Air................ Add $85.00

Orders over $1500 that include more than one watch will be shipped separately.
Additional shipping charges may apply.   USPS may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Please note that once the product is in your country, you will be responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties, or import fees that may apply. If charges come back to TFH, the amount will be charged to your account.

Note: USPS does not ship valuables to certain countries.   In this case, UPS will be utilized - Appropriate charges will be added to your order.    Also, insurance coverage for shipments to these countries will be limited to $500.00 US.   TFH will not be held liable for any amount over $500.00 US.

Normal delivery days are Monday through Friday.

If your order is received before 2 p.m. CST and the item is in stock, it will generally be shipped the same day. You will be notified automatically via email of the shipment UPS tracking number.
